In 2005 Oakland Roofing Limited branched out and started undertaking loft conversions. This was as a result of clients frequently asking us to provide an extended roofing service which translated into loft conversions.  Since then we have completed a number of loft conversions for very happy customers.

 

When undertaking loft conversions we can advise at every step of the process from commencement to completion.  We will help you to take accurate measurements, discuss materials to be used and help you apply for planning permission (if required).

 

We can even recommend and work with local RICS approved architects and surveyors to produce drawings. Please see our link to RICS under links.

 

We will provide you with a full and comprehensive schedule of works with timescales and a breakdown of costs involved.  This project plan will be monitored with weekly project management review meetings to ensure work stays on target for your deadline for completion.

 

We have previously worked with many other trades and can recommend craftsman that we regularly use because of their attention to detail and value for money.  These craftsmen range from plumbers, electricians and interior decorators.

 

We have included pictures of a loft conversion undertaken for a client in Sevenoaks who wanted a ‘sensitive’ loft conversion that was done sympathetically to ensure it blended in with the style of their grade listed property.
